Job Description:
Performs a full management function of business bankers and support in respect of general commercial banking products in accordance with internal banking processes and general compliance regulations, to ensure continuous business growth and clientretention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that processes are followed to ensure efficiency
- Ensure that day to day processes and procedures are efficiently executed
- Manage client reviews
- Manage excess reports
- Design and review procedures and processes as required
- Set and manage targets for the team
- Minimize write-offs and losses
- Ensure ongoing margin and fee management
- Manage expenses
- Manage the budget process
- Manage relationships internally and externally
- Manage client compliments and complaints
- Client visits with business bankers
- Perform a complete management and leadership function to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients,
- Recruitment and selection of staff,
- Talent management
- Coaching, mentoring, support and training
- performance management and team efficiency
- Oversees daily activities of internal bankers and support functions
Job Requirements:
- BCOM
- Banking qualification
- FAIS RE1
- 3-5 years Banking experience – risk, credit5 years Management experience
