Job Description:
Vodafone Business Sales Operations is a pivotal business function within Vodafone Business Commercial Operations. Its mission is to maximise sales impact through intelligence and zero touch operations. Sales Operations does this by organising its teams under functional pillars. We start by understanding our sales strategy and how Vodafone can differentiate to compete and win. We then implement the tools and platforms to deliver the strategy, allowing us to capture the relevant data, which is tracked and digitally published to enable automated reporting and actionable insights. All of this is delivered via regional sales operations business partnering through our ‘frontline’ teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders globally, gather requirements and deliver reporting/analytics solutions to meet those requirements
- Manage process to review demand for new reporting capability from stakeholders – ensuring appropriate critical assessment of value-add of proposed report or analysis and alignment with strategic priorities of the business
- Ensure that data availability and reporting is a primary consideration in transformational and incremental change initiatives, primarily within Sales Operations but also wherever Sales Operations-owned data is utilised
- Speed – transition Sales Operations reporting to objective assessment and prioritisation process for new requests
- Simplicity – Ease-of-use and alignment of formats, contents and cadence of Vodafone Business reporting
- Trust – ensure accuracy and coherence of reported data through constant sense-checking and ensure alignment with data privacy guidelines
